                        Dalia is made by milling whole raw wheat grains coarsely. Wheat is clean & husked and then processed to the required size. It is highly nutritious as it doesn't undergo any refining process. Such cracked wheat has a large no of uses, especially as a dietary supplement. VEGETABLE

  1. Heat ½ tbsp ghee in a non-stick wok, add Natural Dalia and roast on medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Transfer on a plate and set aside.

  2. Heat remaining ghee in the same wok, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add Natural Urad Dhuli Dal, ginger, heeng and curry leaves and let them splutter.

  3. Add onion and sauté till translucent. Add tomato, carrot, green peas, salt, Natural Sugar and chopped coriander and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Add roasted Natural Dalia and mix well. Add 2½ cups hot water and mix till well combined. Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes on medium heat or till moisture is absorbed.

  5. Take the wok off the heat. Transfer into a serving bowls and garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot.
